1. What makes Gladiator Lighters different from other lighters?

At Gladiator Lighters, we believe that lighters should be more than just a tool. 2. Do the lighters actually have colored flames?

Yes, some of the lighters do have colored flames due to the addition of certain metals to manipulate the flame color. However, some lighters may not so please refer to the pictures or description of our products. If in doubt, you can contact us for further details.

3. Do Gladiator Lighters come already filled?

Due to shipping laws and safety, all gas lighters come with minimal or empty gas. This gas is butane, a highly explosive gas which is not suitable for shipping. However, this is cheap and can be found at any supermarket, and all of our gas lighters can be refilled with minimal effort. Please refer to the Manual on how to (re-)fill these lighters.

5. How long does shipping take?

Our estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • UK: 10-15 business days
  • USA: 15-20 business days
  • EU/International : 15-20 business days

Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances by up to 6 weeks. Most orders should arrive within 1-3 weeks.

6. I still haven't received my order.

If you still have not received your order after 6 weeks, contact us and you will receive a full refund upon request. 

7. Some of my items I ordered are missing/I received the wrong item.

In this rare circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible for a full refund or a reshipment of the correct item free of charge. You do not need to return anything in case of a mistake on our end.
